This Co-operative was formed by farmers for the sole benefit of farmers and rural communities;  the ongoing purpose being the raising of member funds through shareholding and subscriptions to establish a banking body that will use member funds in conjunction with borrowed and deposit capital to fund members' financial requirements in a co-operative and supportive environment.

Our aim is:

• To build an environment aimed at helping each other;

• To become a focus for providing financial stability to farming families and regional communities;

• To seek advice on the ongoing structure to assist the provision of finance at a cost and a term consistent with the aim of members;

• To build into loan arrangements the ability for unsuccessful loans to be repaid whilst at the same time maintaining the reputation and integrity of members;

• To provide cost effective professional advice to members.

It is expected that as all investigations are completed and the ongoing body confirmed and operating that any generation of profits will be used to increase the capital base providing increased benefits to members through their loan accounts.
